Antimonopoly service approves tire production enterprise acquisition
MOSCOW, October 11 - RAPSI. The antimonopoly service has approved the Voronezh tire plant's appeal to acquire a tire production complex, the Federal Antimonopoly Service reported.
The cost of the Amtel-Chernozemye Tire Production Complex's assets amounted to 100 percent of the Voronezh tire plant's net worth.
The Voronezh tire plant was founded on the basis of the Amtel-Chernozemye Tire Production Complex. It was earlier managed by Amtel-Vredestein, which was declared bankrupt in August 2009.
The Voronezh Regional Commercial Court introduced an administrative procedure at the Amtel on June 17, 2009. In May 2011 the complex was placed under receivership.
