16:43 03/11/2011

MOSCOW, November 3 - RAPSI, Alyona Yegorova. A commercial court will hear on November 30 a cassation appeal filed by S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc., one of the world's leading household chemistry producers, in its lawsuit against the watchdog's refusal to register the Glade Garmoniya air fresheners, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI).

S.C. Johnson was established in 1886 in the United States. It operates in over 70 countries.

A commercial court validated the Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks' decision refusing to register the Glade Garmoniya air fresheners.

The decision came into effect in August, as it was upheld by an appellate court.
